Dr. Ping He Promoted to Full Professor within CAAS
On January 25, the Scientific Position Promotion meeting of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS) was held in Beijing to select and vote for high ranking scientists in CAAS for 2007. Dr. He was selected for her significant achievement in plant nutrition and fertilization, and was promoted to a full professor position. In 2007, nine candidates applied to receive this highest scientific ranking from the Soil and Fertilizer Institute (SFI), and only three passed the selection process.
