ADDS TO LIST OF FOUNDING MEMBERS

November 10, 2006—Norcross, GA—Another company has been added to the group of founding members of the International Plant Nutrition Institute (IPNI).

“We are pleased to announce that Office Chérifien des Phosphates, also known as Groupe OCP, has notified us of their support of IPNI and they will be listed as one of the seventeen (17) founding members,” said Dr. Terry L. Roberts, newly designated President of IPNI. “As a global, scientific, agronomic organization, we have important goals in advancing crop production, efficient and effective nutrient use, and environmental protection.” IPNI is a not-for-profit organization funded by basic producers of nitrogen (N) and/or phosphate (P) and/or potash (K) and/or sulfur (S).

Groupe OCP, a state-owned agency formed in 1920 and based in Morocco, is a major producer of phosphate fertilizers for the world market. Morocco has the world’s largest capacity for phosphate rock.

Other founding members of IPNI announced recently are: Agrium Inc.; Arab Potash Company; Belarusian Potash Company; Bunge Fertilizantes S.A.; CF Industries Holdings, Inc.; Intrepid Mining, LLC; K+S KALI GmbH; Mosaic; PotashCorp; Saskferco; Simplot; Sinochem Hong Kong Ltd.; Spur Ventures Inc.; SQM; Terra Industries Inc.; and Uralkali.
